Was notified that mobile uploads was not working. Looked and noticed that nothing being processed since 1/16/2020.
I am able to send emails from customers MPC accounts.
Mobile Print Center = v220.127.116.11
Uniprint Administrator = 9.1.9500.455
On your Mobileprint workflow server, have you tried stopping the two Mobileprint services, then starting the Worklow service, then the Worker service?
The MobilePrint Workflow log file will be the helpful one here as it contains the logging for when someone attempts to upload a document. The Worker log is cut off just after the service was restarted but back on the 16th it looks lie the PharosAPI was not in good working order; however, you can get to the settings page below which implies the API is working at some level.
A couple of items:
1) The Pharos Mobile Worker and Workflow Services were not started, but I manually started them. They were set to Automatically, so I would like to see if we can figure out why they stopped.
I attempted to send a PDF to the email but I still never got a proceed email back. They did get into the inbox, but nothing from there.
2) I do apologize but I don't follow what you mean regarding the API. I made the log file smaller because it seemed like everything was working fine up until 1/16/2020, so I removed all past 2019 log info out of the file. I don't see anything other info in the log file after 1/16/2020 and that is why pointed out the 16th maybe something happened.
Now that they are started if they are not processing emails then the log will have something in it regarding the attempt to process the email messages.
Our log files have nothing around the service stopping on the 16th. Sometimes the Windows Application and System Event logs have something of value in this case.
