Go ahead and put in a support ticket on this one. We maintain an internal knowledge base article the provides a process to temporarily change the password to 'pharos' so you can log in and change it. May I also suggest that you add Active Directory logins for administrative purposes. That way, as long as the logon ID matches, the Blueprint Administrator screen will just launch. If you are using Blueprint 5.2 Service Pack 3 (or Blueprint 5.2 R2), you can even use Active Directory security groups to manage access a little easier.
