hello, recently we upgraded to 9.0 SP5 and we are getting word from our Fiscal team that some of the reports are missing.
The folder location is mapped correctly and we see it in the "Custom:" box. but we do not see it as an option as a RPT in the "Charging" tab on the left.
see image below. a ticket has been submitted by our sysadmin but i wanted to also ask here since this is something used by the Fiscal team on a daily basis.
any suggestions as to why this is missing since the update?
