Job Disallowed on Direct Print Queues after recent Windows Updates

I recently updated all of our servers (Server 2012 R2) with the latest Windows updates, specifically KB4054854 and KB4033369.  After the updates installed and the server restarted, users printing to Direct Print queues were unable to print.  No error messages on their machines or printer, but under their Pharos transactions, they had Deleted Print (Job disallowed by Uniprint).

 

Since the updates were for .NET 4.7.1 (and Pharos has been picky about .NET releases in the past), I'm wondering if that is the issue.  Removing the updates and restarting the server has restored printing.

 

Anyone else experience this issue?
