Your customer may easily accomplished their need by using an "Identifier Translation" import file. Please refer to the Blueprint Configuration Guide for additional information regarding import files and their usage. Blueprint Enterprise 5.2 Documentation (Updated for Service Pack 3)
Using the supplied example data, a properly constructed Identifier Translation .csv file would look like this:
1, uname, 0, user.name
1, u00112233, 0, user.name
2, 987654, 0, user.name
I hope this helps to address your question.
Thank you for your answer.
Actually, I already check this guide. But, i couldn't understand how i will proceed. We have all users list which are the received from customer and we wants to import this list via single move.
May i kindly request from you, what kind of .csv and importconfig file i need to prepare?
Thanks in advance.

Tim already provided you the format. In English, the format becomes:
where the "Type" is any one of:
1 = Network user
2 = Card data
for "From" and normally a:
0 = Employee
and "IdentifierData" is the network ID name when the Type is 1 or the string read from the card by the reader when the Type is 2. There's a specific hierarchy that must be observed for the type. Essentially, a lower value can be the parent ("To") to the child ("From"). So the following combinations are possible:
From/Child Type To/Parent Type 1 0 2 0 2 1
