    Employee Name Changes in Blueprint Administrator

      What's the recommended process for changing an employee user ID in Blueprint Administrator when their legal name changes (marriage, divorce, etc.)? Should I just unlink their badge number, manually create a new user ID, then relink their badge number to the new user?

          Hi Jim,

           

          Presuming the network username for said user has changed, that's the best way to do it because the user record in Blueprint can have a users Full Name for the Root Identifier like below and that would also need to be changed. Create a new Employee in Blueprint with the users details, tie the Network ID to it and the Card ID.
