I'm having an issue with Pharos not displaying the review charges dialog on certain computers including my own desktop and two laptops that belong to students. So far I've completely reimaged my desktop two weeks ago and that hasn't fixed the issue. After I print to the Pharos queue then login, it just goes away and the review charges screen never comes up. The job shows up in My Print Center -> Admin -> Alerts as an error 29073 with the message of "Print job arrive error on 'Jobname' for 'username': Unable to prompt user to accept job costs."
Printing through Pharos queues and Myprintcenter works on my laptop and any other computer I've tried it on so far, except for the two laptops that I've encountered, so it's something computer specific or computer-name specific or maybe a MAC address issue. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this and has found a solution to this issue.
Is there a troubleshooting process for error 27093?
I just tried uninstalling everything Pharos, running CCleaner, rebooting, running CCleaner again, and reinstalling the Pharos printer on the client computer and it's still not working. Any suggestions?
