The Pharos Client Tray application uses TCP port 8080 to talk to the Blueprint servers, so if this port is being blocked (firewall on the client, including any antivirus software that may be restricting ports; router configuration) that function would fail.
If you wish to provide more information to better determine root cause, you can enable client logging (see Pharos Blueprint Enterprise: Configuring Tracker for verbose logging) and either post the BrowserServer.log and ClientTray.log files here, or open a ticket with Pharos Technical Support (email@example.com) for more help.
Normally we don't use the Windows firewall, so I wasn't looking there. As it turns out the firewall was turned on which caused the issue. Disabling the Firewall fixed the problem. Thanks.
