Added a new release station, won't show CBORD balance.

Hello everyone,

First time adding a release station to our existing Pharos system. Basically cloned another release station that is fully functioning. Made sure to have the Bank selected as our CBORD Omega Bank profile. Added the new hostname and pedi settings on the release station. Can swipe my ID on the new release station, connects to the queue just fine, but it shows $0.00 balance. Can swipe my ID on original release station, shows the correct amount($7.00~).

Any ideas what I may have done wrong? If you need any more info, please ask.

Hi Michael,

Any chance it's pointing to the wrong tender? We use CBORD as well, and the external name has to match the appropriate setting on the CBORD side, which in our case is 02.

I have found it is showing the wrong balance, but still cannot figure out how to get it switched over. We have two different CBORD funds tied to ID's, print funds and "Rambler Bucks" which is for vending machines and restaurants. Currently it is showing the Rambler bucks balance on the release station.

Any chance it's pointing to the wrong tender? We use CBORD as well, and the external name has to match the appropriate setting on the CBORD side, which in our case is 02.

That was it, totally entered the incorrect External name field. I had the room number there by accident. Now it's showing the correct funds after copying the field from a working station.
