We're seeing some strange behavior wiht Mobile Print 1.7 where the services are all running but after Windows patches (and at other times, often when a service fails and restarts) where all mobile jobs stop processing. They appear in MyPrintCenter as processing but never complete. Restarting services doesn't help at all. The only thing we can do is restart the server, which isn't the best option. Has anyone else experienced these issues or have a way to troubleshoot and jumpstart the processing of jobs?
If you haven't done so already, you should open a Support Incident so the Support Team can help you discover the cause of the problem. It's unlikely that a solution can be provided based on the information that can be provided via a forum entry. It's probably going to require digging through logged events to find the source of the problem.
