As an update, or if anyone else has the same problem, it turned out to be a power issue caused by the extension DC power cable used with the Omega:
Wow... not surprised it took you a while to work that one out!! Certainly not one of the options I would have come up early on in the process, for sure!
Thanks for coming back with an answer on it, Greg... on the (very unlikely) chance that someone else comes across the same issue!
We're experiencing this rather regularly with our original Omegas deployed in 2011, it seems to have exasperated itself when we added prox readers.
Was the issue you had with the power supply itself, or the cable (the one that is typically in the plastic tubing) that is between the power supply and the Omega?
