The Pharos EDi which any of your embedded iMFP client devices connect to is a web service that has some of this functionality. Certainly to add/remove accounts and set account attributes. Can't remember seeing cost centres in there other than to retrieve lists of them.
To access the EDI you'll need to contact Pharos support and get them to help you. Whilst not difficult you'll need to know the correct sequence to authenticate and initalise a session and then how to pass the session token for all subsequent calls.
Just to add to Nics response, you should contact your Pharos Account Manager to ask about the Pharos EDI non-disclosure agreement and what is involved in obtaining the specifications on how the Pharos EDI works. Support does not distribute the information nor do we provide the NDA for the end customer.
Using the EDI you can:
- Add/remove accounts
- Set account attributes
- Credit a user
You are not able to:
- Add/remove Cost Centers
- Set cost center attributes (Add/remove account permissions, set account quotas etc.)

Mike, you also might like to know that a web interface for managing user accounts and print jobs is currently being produced and will be available later this year. Your Account Manager will be able to provide some more information.
