This morning the contents of our iMFP Management Console mysteriously disappeared. Luckily we had a backup and I was able to refresh from an older KonicaMinoltaDevices.xml file. Since the restore I have had many users report a, "UnKnown Request" error when trying to authenticate. I have tried re-installing the Pharos software on the affected iMFPs but have had no luck. It doesn't seem to be affecting all users, any specific location, or even specific models. I have about half a dozen affected iMFPs out of 85 or so. Has anyone had a similar experience?
Our apologies for missing this question. I just found this when searching for another customer. I realize this is too late for you, but hopefully it can still help other customers.
This was fixed in an update following the released 1.5.2 version. Pharos is currently working on getting a new version bEST certified and it will be made available on the iMFPs, Omegas, & Sentry site.
