Has anyone figured out a way to take the invoices generated by Pharos reports and e-mail them as attachments?
It does work so I suspect it is something local to the machine configuration. I suspect it is how the system lets 3rd party applications create and send emails outside of the mail client application. One thing I did in my testing was I am using an IMAP configured mail account in MS Outlook.
If you would like to open a support incident with us on this we dive into it deeper and organize a remote session to discover why this is not working for you.

I have had susses with...CMD Email - Home
Run the reports and use a windows scheduled task to call a .bat file to send the email.
for /f "tokens=2" %%i in ( 'date /t' ) do set thedate=%%i
CmdEmail -f your@email -t their@email -s "Phaors Report %thedate% %result%" -b "Pleas find attached your Printing report" -a "C:\Reports\reportname.pdf"
Blat is another application similar to CmdEmail that I use.
I have had success on a Windows 7 x64 machine running MS Outlook 2010 and Pharos Reports on the same machine. I do get the MS Outlook Security warnings for what they call "Programmatic Access"
See this link for how to adjust the settings for it. Mine is set to warn so when I the Crystal Report engin in Pharos Reports goes to send the email I have to acknowledge the warnings.
Do you at least see the warning dialog?
