BP 5.1 is it now supported on 2012 R2 Platform? If not, when can we expect it?
Blueprint 5.2 is slated to support the more recent version of Windows Server. But in light of its extended development cycle, we've recently created a Blueprint installer for servers running 2012 R2 that we can make available to you in Controlled Release. Controlled Release means that it has gone through QA and we have tested it at select customer locations. I will send you a link to download the software a separate email.
For any other partners or customers who require a Blueprint installer for Windows Server 2012 R2, please let me know and we will make the link available to you.

Due to the success everyone is having with the 2012 R2 installer for Blueprint 5.1, the link to the software has been added to this post:
I'd be keen to get an installer that will work on Windows 2012 R2 too.
What would be the best process for a move from a previous version of Blueprint on 2008R2 including transition to new servers running Win2012R2?
I've sent you a link for the Blueprint 5.1 2012 R2 installer to your registered email address.
As for the best way to move your version of Blueprint to the new Windows 2012 R2 servers, you'll definitely want to keep a copy of your configuration files handy. Our Support Center can help you with the details to ensure it's a smooth and uncomplicated update for both components. The Support Team can be contacted by going to www.pharos.com/support.

May I ask also for the BP installer for Windows 2012 R2.
Thank you in advance
The link to the software has been added to the 'Correct Answer' post above.
Hope that helps,

You didn't miss it yesterday, it was just added this morning.
Let us know if you need any assistance.
Have a great day,
Ok ;-) Thanks for explanation
I would like the 2012 R2 installer also. I was under the impression that BP 5.1 sp 1.2 already supported 2012 R2, but that appears to be incorrect.
I want to introduce 1 new 2012 R2 collector into our BP 5.1 sp 1.2 infrastructure. Then, I want to convert my two existing 2008 R2 collectors into 2012 R2 servers. In order to do this, I will build two new servers from scratch, and then during a change window I will bring down the 2008 R2 servers and rename the 2012 R2 servers to take the place of the existing collectors. The reason we need to do this is to take advantage of the document filename handling in the spooler built in to 2012 R2 whereby only the owner (and administrator) sees the name of their document in the queue, all others see is 'Print Document'.
The Analyst and SQL server will remain functioning on 2008 R2, I only want to update the collectors to 2012 R2. Is this a supported installation architecture? Also, what will be required to move from the controlled release to the production release. In the past, that was a significant change and required removal and reinstallation...
All Service Packs for Blueprint 5.1 can be successfully applied to a Windows 2012 R2 Server after an initial installation of Blueprint 5.1 that used the BP 5.1 2012 R2 installer (see link for the installer in the Correct Answer reply above).
Unlike the early controlled release version of BP 5.1 you were running, any instance of Blueprint 5.1 that was created using the 2012 R2 installer will not need to be upgraded, other than applying the most recent Service Pack.
As for running a mix of supported Windows OSs, Blueprint will work just fine. Just make sure you're running the same version of Blueprint across your enterprise; for your example it sounds like that would be BP 5.1 SP1.2.
Thanks Carl! Much appreciated
