I think your best bet at this point in finding answers would be to call Pharos Support at 877-848-0397 or firstname.lastname@example.org . Even if your devices are not under warranty anymore, you can ask them to try and help you troubleshoot the issue to determine if you need to purchase new terminals or may recommend you re-flash the devices to see if that helps. Hi Ricky, just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that we had this issue with one of our PS200's last week. I believe the unit has been sent back to Pharos for repair by our support folks (we've a support/maintenance contract for our Pharos hardware).

In most cases the issue is because of the cleaning agent that was used on the screens. We have seen some cases where the screens get moisture in them and they end up corroding and broken.
You will need to place an incident into support to check to see if the units are under warranty and if so we can start a RMA on the devices.
