We are interested to know if any other customers using Uniprint 8.1.5293 are experiencing logoff issues. End users are unable to end their print/copy/scan sessions.
Canon iMFP (Non IR Advanced devices). Uniprint locks when an end user attempts to logout. Questions are being raised about off the glass volumes being incorrectly charged to previous user not able to log off.
It is our understanding that Canon IR "Advanced" devices do not have this same issue. It is only for the legacy Canon IR devices. We have been waiting nearly a year for a fix.
