    Problem running Pharos Remote 8.2 on a Win 7 64-bit machine

      I am installing Pharos Remote 8.2 on Windows 7 64-bit Porfessional. The installer comes back with a 'Successfully Installed' message, whilst Windows itself returns a 'Application may not have installed successfully' error, relating to the .Net Framework 3.5. Having looked in the installed updates, only the .NET Framework 4.0 is installed. Is this the cause of the problem.

       

      I can happily login to Pharos Remote, however only the 'Users' section is shown. The 'Dashboard' indicates that some of our Pharos servers do not have 'Print Server' running. The result of this (I guess) is that the 'Job Management' and 'Output Management' sections do not exist.

       

      Having checked the various servers, all services are in fact running perfectly. Can anyone help?
