It's not clear if you mean they are printing to an old queue that is direct (in which case remove that queue from the server, or change security in Pharos so no one has access), or if you mean they are printing by IP directly to the printer and bypassing the print server. In the latter case, you should set an IP ACL on the printer to not allow this. If you can't set printer security then you're stuck with manual intervention.

yes you are right then are users are printing by ip directly to the printer and bypass the print server. i have Lexmark X940 MFPs & W850 printers. How could I configure the printer to use ACL.
The problem was solved..
what i did is from the screenshot on the previous reponse i put the Uniprint Print Server ip address & the result was that no one can print directly to the printer because he/she will be rejected from the printer which will accept only print orders from Pharos Server.
