    Blueprint Administrator can't connect to Analyst

      Hi!

       

      I've had Blueprint Administrator installed locally on my laptop to to pull usage reports from the Analyst (due to legal reasons) and it's been working fine for quite some years.

      Aa couple of months back I got a new laptop and after installing BP Administrator again I can't access the Analyst, I just get an error message that tells me that the server is currently unavailable.

      I've checked with our network department and there are nothing blocking the trafic from or to my client nor the server on TCP808.

      The server is running and the license is still valid.

      The antivirus and SW firewall have no rules that is blocking trafic on TCP808.

      The user I'm trying to connect the Analyst with is valid and the password is correct.

       

      I feel that I've tried everything that I possibly can, so now I'm putting my hopes here, anyone has a clue on what is stopping my connection?

       

      These are my specs

      Client: Windows 7 x64
      Antivirus: Symantec Endpoint

      Server: Windows 2008 R2 x64

      Blueprint: Version 4.2 (Yes, I know it's old, but upgrading is not an option)
