Mark, You can always test it out. My hypothesis is that the change will do what you want, but the processing of the extra XML will add time in either of the Pharos-provided means to look at that data. Since all servers have different hardware specs, that extra time may or may not impact you. -Scott

Hello! Double checked it. PrintPolicy seems not to affect it. The problem as far as I can tell was in the wrong global.config.xml file configuration. This morning the guy on the client's side edited it as stated in the knowledge base (the right part of the screenshot) and it worked.
