If your Print Scout reads "Requires Attention" under the Scout State column on the Print Scout page, there are several things we recommend checking.
- The machine may be out of disc space on the primary drive.
- If the scout was installed via automatic deployment method, a component may have failed. Try uninstalling and re-installing the scout manually.
- The requisite .net framework version may have been uninstalled. If this is the case, please re-install. For more information, please see Beacon Print Scout Requirements.
