The release of the Pharos iMFP for Canon version 3.2 is now available and adds support for the latest models from Canon: the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 400-iF/500-iF and C42xx.
In this release:
Legacy devices no longer supported
Pharos client version 3.2.0 no longer supports so-called imageRunner “Legacy” devices.
Additional MFP support
The following imageRunner Advance devices are newly supported in this release.
- A user’s alias is now shown instead of the card ID, but if an alias is empty the card ID is still shown.
- “Invalid Password” has been changed to “Enter Password” when asking for a locked job password for the first time.
- Touch Here button is no longer active while card logon is in progress.
- USB card swipes are now ignored while the MFP is in power save mode (black LCD).
