After an upgrade of the Popup Server, the Popup Client is upgraded but no longer works. A "connection timed out" error is displayed. Normal troubleshooting reveals no network connectivity problems.
The upgrade of the Popup Server may have failed. Check in the Windows Registry [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Pharos\..] for the Popup Server Installed Components key and verify that it is the correct build. Also, verify the version of the Popupsrv.exe file directly.
If not correct the upgrade failed and will need to be run again.
