Why do I get Socket Error # 11004<EOL> listed for some Omega devices listed in Pharos Omega Administrator?

This error is displayed when Pharos Omega Administrator cannot communicate with the Omega device.


Check that you can ping the IP address or name displayed in Pharos Omega Administrator from the command line. (You should be able to do this.)
Check that the device is turned on and is not behind a firewall.
