Reboot the Omega PS100 system by unplugging the power cable from the Smart Hub. Wait a few seconds and plug it back in.

 

If this doesn't fix your problem, you should check to make sure you have the latest firmware (see link to "Downloads - Terminal Device Firmware")

Additionally, there is some troubleshooting documentation as part of the firmware distributions. Read through the documentation before making any changes. If it is determined that you have faulty hardware, please contact Pharos Support to begin the RMA process.
